What to expect at our showroom
When you walk into our Cincinnati, Ohio showroom, you’ll be greeted by a friendly Personal Flooring Advisor who is extremely knowledgeable about all our flooring products. Your Personal Flooring Advisor will ask questions to better understand your project, answer any questions you have about our flooring products and installation services, and help you find the perfect flooring for you, your home and your budget.
- First, we’ll ask questions about your flooring project so we can fully understand your goals. For example, which room needs new flooring? Are you updating your living room, basement, kitchen, bedroom, or another area within your home?
- Let's discuss your home and lifestyle. Do you have kids, pets, or elderly family members living in the home? Do you frequently entertain? All this information will help us determine the most appropriate flooring based on your needs.
- After selecting the flooring that’s right for you, we’ll schedule a day and time to come to your home, take measurements, and provide an accurate quote for your project.
