Dan, I have been meaning to send you a note since the installation of the travertine flooring but I left for Florida right afterwards and just got back Monday evening.

First of all, you made the process so very easy for us! We love the product and your installers were absolutely awesome! They came when they said they would, they were very polite, kept the mess to a bear minimum, worked tirelessly, cleaned up their mess, and did a superb job! It was a truly professional job from beginning to end.

Jill is very efficient! She was a great person to work with too, by the way. She was extremely helpful in assisting in choices, got a lot done quickly, pleasure to work with, all with no pressure. My wife had a really good time and we both came away feeling like we made a lot of great choices for the house. All done at, I believe, her 2nd or 3rd day in the office. Not sure who hired her there, but it was a great find.
