How Luxury Vinyl Tile Is Made

Unfortunately, the LVT production process is a mysterious one and little is known about how this floor covering is made. However, we do know that some LVT products are made of 67% post consumer recycled material. Vinyl products are reclaimed from landfills through a proprietary process and processed into new luxury vinyl tile floor coverings. LEED points are available for these eco-friendly products.
