I wanted to relay to you the experience my wife and I had with Tiffany. We did a shower and bath area that included tile walls and floors.

We were probably out at your place about 6 or 7 times by the time we picked everything out. We’re a little bit on the picky side, which accounted for a lot of those trips.

We dealt with Tiffany each time we went out, and I just wanted to say that she did a great job. She was always helpful and courteous.

In fact one day, we were out there, and it was about 4:15pm. We lost track of time looking at samples. Tiffany was right there and didn’t say a word about it being past closing time. I finally mentioned it and said, “Oh! Tiffany I’m sorry we’re past closing hours.” And she said, “That’s okay. That’s what we’re here for.”

That’s the kind of service we got from her. She was very pleasant to work with, and if all people were that way, life would be much better.

Todd has given us his cell number from day one. He also allows our customers to call his cell phone. Basically, he never misses a call. If he does, he has voicemail and email and checks it non-stop all day, every day. Any time we call and leave him a voicemail, he calls us right back. He makes sure we are taken care of at all times. Many times he calls us during the day to make sure our orders are correct. Todd is also able to print off our sketches. From those sketches, he figures all of our flooring cuts for us and orders the carpet himself, which takes a huge burden off us. He emails AND faxes all orders, and then calls to ensure we received them so there is no miscommunication. There is never a time when Neverman Construction is not a top of his “to do list.” And if he is going to be out of the office (even for a second), he will email us and let us know who is handling our account for that day so we know exactly who to call with any questions. Basically, his organization goes without saying, and he treats us as if we are his largest account.
