Hardwood Refinishing
The best time to refinish hardwood floors is before the new homeowners bring in their furniture. This statement is especially true in homes where more than one or two rooms have hardwood floors.

When simply adding another layer of finish isn't enough to make hardwood floors look like new again, a true refinishing is probably what you need.

Refinishing floors starts with sanding the existing floor down to bare wood.

During this process, we will also repair any damaged planks or strips.

Once the floors are sanded, buffed, and thoroughly cleaned, the America's Floor Source hardwood team will stain the floor to the desired tone and color.

After the stain has dried, we apply three coats of high-quality commercial grade urethane. Before applying the final coat, we will buff the hardwood floor to knock down any imperfections, creating the smoothest surface possible.

Old floors will look new again, and with our urethane coating, they'll stay looking new longer.
